More than 3 years after the release of her last solo single 「りんごのうた」 (Ringo no uta), Shiina Ringo is returning to her solo career with the release of a brand new single! "Konoyo no Kagiri" is the ending theme for the Spring 2007 Japanese film "Sakuran", in which Shiina Ringo herself serves as the music director as well. Saito Neko, who worked with Shiina Ringo since Ringo's debut album, serves as the arranger and the conductor of an ochestra consists of 70 musicians. Also featured in the single is the guest vocal of Shiina Junpei, Ringo's older brother. As for the 2 coupling tracks for the single, they serve as another version of the music featured in "Sakuran".
Ringo sorprende a sus fans primero, con su participación en un filme ("Sakuran", a estrenarse el 24 de febrero próximo) pero no como actriz, sino como directora de música. De hecho, el tema que da nombre a su nuevo single, "Kono Yo no Kagiri", es el tema de cierre de la película.
"Sakuran" es la versión live action del manga creado por Moyoko Anno dirigida por Mika Ninagawa y tiene como protagonista a la intérprete Anna Tsuchiya.

Sinopsis:
En la década de los años 60, había cientos de moteles con miles de habitaciones a lo largo de la Ruta 66 entre Chicago y Los Angeles. Ninguno de ellos sobresalía por encima de otro, hasta un día en el que algo terriblemente malo ocurrió en el motel Sunshine. Lo que ocurrió realmente no se conoce, pero las repercusiones que trajo consigo han estado destruyendo vidas y tergiversando la realidad desde entonces.
Una de las habituaciones del Sunshine, y algunas de sus mundanas pertenencias, como un bolígrafo o un peine, se han convertido en propiedades peligrosas desde ese día. El bolígrafo puede quemar cosas desde el interior de ellas. El peine detiene el tiempo cinco segundos cuando lo haces pasar a través de tu pelo. Y la habitación en sí misma resulta ser un portal a cualquier destino. Pero también puede arrebatarte lo que más valoras de tu propia vida. Poseerla es poseer su poder. Usarla tiene un coste físico, emocional y psicológico para su propietario. Tan sólo estar en ella, te convierte en un blanco para ser asesinado.
Durante décadas, tal vez desde el mismo momento en que la habitación del motel fue arrancada de su realidad, se han formado diversas conspiraciones para recolectar todos los objetos que forman parte del cuarto. Como siempre, hay gente que sólo quiere lograr ese poder ilimitado y creen que al poseerlos todos lo conseguirán. Otros quieren prevenir que nadie logre nunca poseerlos todos. Y aunque sus motivaciones varían, todas las táscticas son similares. Dicen que mientras tengas uno de esos objetos, no tienes amigos, sólo gente esperando que cometas un error.
El detective de homicidios Joe Miller (Peter Krause, A dos metros bajo tierra) conoce esta habitación del motel cuando un joven que acaba de ser tiroteado, le da una misteriosa llave que abre la puerta de ese cuarto. Tras pasar por el dolor de un amargo fracaso matrimonial, Miller decide tomarse unas vacaciones instantáneas. Pero el precio por poseer la llave es muy alto y no es negociable. Acaba de abrir la puerta a un mundo de poder inimaginable y se convierte en un objetivo para aquellos que no se detendrán ante nada para reclamarlo.
La habitación es un tesoro formado por objetos aparentemente mundanos, cada uno de los cuales poseen un poder único. Como Joe pronto descubrirá, la llave de esta habitación es el objeto más potente y codiciado de todos. Las misteriosas organizaciones que se han dedicado a recolectar estos objetos encantados han decidido perseguirle sin descanso para reclamar la posesión de la llave. Pero cuando la hija de Joe, Anna (Elle Fanning, Abducidos) desaparece dentro de la habitación del motel, él también se convertirá en el principal sospechoso de una intensa investigación policial. Perseguido y solo, Joe se convertirá el en jugador principal de un juego del que ni siquiera conoce las reglas. Ahora, deberá pelear para tratar de recuperar lo que ha perdido.

Plot Summary:
The Lost Room is an American science fiction television miniseries aired on the Sci Fi Channel. The series revolves around the titular room and roughly 100 everyday items from that room that possess unusual powers, such as a bus ticket that can instantaneously transport a person to a particular location or a comb that can temporarily freeze time around a person. The series' protagonist, Joe Miller, is searching for these Objects to use as tools in rescuing his daughter, Anna, who disappeared inside the Room. Once a typical rental unit at a 1960s motel along Route 66, the Room now exists outside of normal time and space.
The Cabals
Many Object-seekers have organized themselves into groups, known as "cabals". Wars between cabals are mentioned in the series. There are at least three cabals:
* The Collectors — The original group of Object-seekers formed some time after the Event. Led by Arlene Conroy, the manager of the Sunshine Motel, most of the Collectors were killed or driven insane after the disaster in Room 9 in 1966. The survivors hid their most valuable Objects in a home-made "vault" beneath a prison.
* The Legion — A cabal dedicated to collecting the Objects and stopping them from causing more harm. They claim to follow an established set of rules, including that they never kill in order to acquire the Objects, although this rule is sometimes put to the test.
* The Order of the Reunification — Also referred to as "The Order" or "The New Religion." They believe that the Objects are pieces of God's corpse and must be reunited. Once so restored, members of the Order would be able to communicate with God for the first time in human history. More extreme views hold that restoring the Objects will allow one to become God, or else achieve God-like power.

El ya famoso grupo Maximum The Hormone será el protagonista del nuevo Opening de la serie. En su web expresan la ilusión que tienen al poder ser partícipes de este proyecto (Death Note) y afirman que la banda es gran seguidora de dicha serie, sobre todo el cantante de la banda.
En su web, comentan que este OP se incorporará en al serie al rededor de la mitad de Febrero, y que actualmente se encuentran gravando una versión más corta de la canción original que dura 4:08 minutos del OP, como es el caso de Nightmare, autores del 1º OP.

Y es cierto, solo basta con oír la canción para sentir tal sobredosis! :P Parece ser que la adoración de esta serie por parte de MTH es tanta, que incluso en el vídeo clip incluyen imágenes representando a la serie, como una persona escribiendo en un cuaderno negro simulando una Death Note, y un muerto con un cartel con el rotulo de "Kira" en sangre.

* No engordo: Mi contextura es delgada y mantengo un peso stardar, coma lo que coma no engordo, más de una chica me a comentado que quisiera tener esta "bendición" pero la verdad casi nunca pienso en ello, salvo en ocasiones en que me dicen: Oye tu no engordas, verdad?
* Odio el sol: Ahora mismo la temperatura debe ser 30° en sombra xD y es que desde pequeño bañarme en rayos ultravioleta no ha sido de mi agrado, por ello detesto salir en verano, pero a favor tengo al bendito aire acondicionado ó algún ventilador que ocasionalmente se detiene y debo darle aire, se sobrecaliente, imaginen dandole aire al ventilador xD
* Amo el campo: Estar al aire libre en un campo inmenso y poder disfrutar de una tarde tranquilla con solo trinar de las aves resulta sumamente placentero, sin nadie molestando, solo tu y la naturaleza.
* Adoro a los gatos: Desde muy pequeño he tenido mascotas en casa, casi casi me he enfrentado a todo y varios rasguños de por medio.

"Sakuran" es la versión live action del manga creado por Moyoko Anno dirigida por Mika Ninagawa y tiene como protagonista a la intérprete Anna Tsuchiya.
Sakuran cuenta la historia de una chica que, durante la época de Edo, es vendida a un burdel. La chica, que busca su libertad antes que cualquier otra cosa, irá subiendo hasta pasar de prostituta hasta toda una cortesana.
El film está previsto que se estrene en Japón el 24 de febrero y cuenta con Mika Nakagawa como director, Anna Tsuchiya como actriz protagonista y Shiina Ringo encargada de la música. Como podéis ver, la caracterización de Anna Tsuchiya es estupenda, ahora sólo faltará ver el resultado final.

天元突破グレンラガン (Japanese)
Sinopsis:
El anime tiene lugar en una villa subterránea llamada Shiiha. Ellos han vivido ahí desde que un terremoto enterró su pueblo hace cientos de años.
Shimon es un chico de esta villa, se dedica a hacer agujeros para incrementar el area habitable. Un día, cavando profundo dentro de un túnel, encuentra un objeto cristalino brillante, un "core drill".
El mejor amigo de Shimon es otro chico llamado Kamina, quien lidear un brupo llamado "gren-dan" que intenta atravesar el techo de la caverna y volver a la superficie.
Un día, un evento ocurrió que cambió todo. El techo de la cueva se rompió y un robot gigante cayó al pueblo. La luz del sol penetró por el agujero dejado en el techo.
"En realidad había una superficie en el mundo!"
Pero no había tiempo para pensar. El robot gigante empezó a destruir su villa. Inmediatamente Kamina se le enfrentó. Pero, una persona no podía hacer nada.
La vida de Kamina fue apenas salvada por una chica de la superficie llamada Youko. Ella disparó de su rifle y detuvo al robot. Ella llamó al robot gigante un "ganmen" (gunman?). Pero el rifle solo pudo atrasarlo. Luego de varios peligros, Shimon les mostró una cara robótica gigante que desenterró de la cueva anteriormente.
Kamina dijo "Lo desenterraste, pilotealo!", la responsabilidad fue puesta en Shimon. Cuando puso el "core drill", se activó. Por alguna razón Shimon ya sabía como controlarlo. Sin pensarlo, se subió a la cabeza gigante. Kamino la llamó el robot Ragan.
Con el robot gigante acercándose, ¿puede Shimon, Kamino y Youko sobrevivir? ¿Por qué cayó el robot gigante de la superficie?

Plot Summary:
In the future, people are digging holes in the ground. They build houses and have domestic animals there. They have been living secretly fearing occasional earthquakes and roof-falls for hundreds years. Jeeha is one of such villages. One day, a boy, Shimon, is digging holes to expand their village. He happens to find a small shining drill. On the other hand, Kamina is a guy who believes there is the ground over the village, and he made a gangster to break the ceiling to get out from the hole.
In those days, the ceiling falls down due to an earthquake, and a big robot falls.
Kamina becomes sure that there is a world over them. Then, to be reckless, he begins to fight against the robot. At the moment, someone also comes from the above. It is a girl Yoko with a rifle in her hand. She is following the robot. However, only she can do is to keep the robot from going. Then, simon shows what he found in the ground to Kamina and Yoko. It is a mysteries robot whose body is only a face.

Livin' la vida loca - japanese style
His stage name's initials are HG, and that, combined with his remake of Ricky Martin's "Livin La Vida Loca" made him a direct target of comedian Hard Gay, who acted as his attendant for the day of a rehearsal for a concert in Nagoya. A promotional video was created by Hard Gay, which consisted of his antics on the show. Instead of getting angry at the comedian, Go took it with stride and even played along with the tricks, which included whipping the leather-clad man and dancing with him on stage.

Sinopsis:
Para nadie es difícil juzgar a Sumire Takahana, y es que sus anticuados atuendos, su oscura personalidad e insistentes comentarios sobre su presunta "habilidad" de ver fantasmas han levantado una barrera entre ella y el resto del mundo. Sin embargo, su creciente aislamiento no le ha impedido llevar una vida tranquila, al menos hasta la noche en que fue testigo del feroz combate entre un demonio y una extraña chica que, valiéndose de un gigantesco revolver, logra exterminar al enemigo.
Notando la presencia de Sumire, la desconocida desaparece tras entregarle un volante de Venus Vanguard, una tienda de ropa gótica. Aún sorprendida, Sumire se dirige al misterioso establecimiento para encontrar no sólo que la chica misteriosa -que dice llamarse Lucia Nabashi- es la propietaria sino también que, con sus extraños poderes, Sumire es la única que puede ayudar a Lucia a acabar con Virus, una raza de demonios dispuesta a acabar con la humanidad.
Plot Summary:
Venus Versus Virus revolves around the life of a young girl named Sumire Takahana who has had the power to see ghosts since she was a small child, though no one believes her. One night while running to her dorm building to make curfew, a broach flies out of no where and she pricks her finger on it and sees a demon. Suddenly, another girl clad in gothic lolita clothing arrives bearing a huge gun and kills the demon. Once the ordeal is overwith, the girl gives Sumire a flier for a local clothing store, Venus Vanguard. When Sumire comes to the store, the girl, whose name is Lucia Nabashi, she explains to her that because she pricked her finger on Lucia's broach, Sumire now has the power to see demons as well as ghosts. Additionally, Lucia now wants Sumire to help her rid the world of these demons called Virus that threaten to consume all of humanity.
