Sinopsis:
La serie se centra en Komoyi Araragi, un estudiante de tercer año de secundaria, quien regresa a ser un humano, tras haber sido un vampiro. Un día, una compañera de clase llamada Hitagi Senjōgahara,(quien tiene la fama de no hablar con nadie), se cae de las escaleras y aterriza en los brazos a Komoyi. El se percata de que Hitagi no pesa nada, desafiando a las leyes de la física. Tras una charla con ella, Komoyi le ofrece su ayuda, y le presenta a Meme Oshino, un hombre de mediana edad que ayudo a Komoyi a volver a ser humano.

Plot Summary:
Bakemonogatari centers on Koyomi Araragi, a third year high school student who is almost human again after briefly becoming a vampire. One day, a classmate named Hitagi Senjōgahara, who infamously never talks to anyone, falls down the stairs into Koyomi’s arms. He discovers that Hitagi weighs next to nothing, in defiance of physics. After being threatened by her, Koyomi offers her help, and introduces her to Meme Oshino, a middle-aged homeless man who helped him stop being a vampire.
Koyomi Araragi is almost hman again after briefly bcoming a vampire. When Hitagi falls down the stairs into his arms, he discovers he wieghs almost nothing, and offers her help from a middle-aged man. Koyomi encounters different apperitions in a series of interconnected stories.
